Moonlight River Reiki’s recommendation is that you book five Reiki sessions to start. Some individuals need more time than one or two sessions. Such as, dealing with chronic stress, one session might make you feel great one day then exposure back into the negative environment undoes the progress into the right direction. Once people go multiple times then they can re-evaluate their personal needs. To get the full healing benefits from Reiki, it is strongly advised to schedule at least 12 sessions a year at the least and 4 a month at the most.
